Arjun joined Astute People in 2017 after returning to Portsmouth from London, where he had already established a career in recruitment.
Since joining the specialist Power Generation team, he has consistently delivered successful recruitment solutions across the sector, leading to his promotion to Principal Recruitment Partner in 2022.
Today, Arjun is recognised as one of Astute’s most experienced power generation recruiters, supporting clients across the UK and internationally with strategic hiring and long-term workforce planning.

Known internally as “Mr Worldwide”, Arjun enjoys travelling, spending time with friends and family, and playing golf.
