Chelsea brings previous recruitment experience alongside several years running her own business, where she developed strong commercial skills in business development, client relationship management and personal branding, regularly selling services directly to business owners and decision makers. This gives her a consultative, sales-aware approach, and a genuine understanding of what it takes to build trust with both clients and candidates.
