Since joining Astute in 2015 as a Finance Administrator, Karen has progressed through the ranks, combining hands-on expertise with leadership to manage financial transactions, credit control, debt recovery and financial reporting.

Karen manages dynamic financial reports, streamlines processes and implements best practices to optimise business performance. Her proactive communication and relationship-building skills ensure smooth interactions with clients, suppliers and internal teams, consistently delivering results. She is particularly proud of maintaining DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) at 34 days or below.
