Lewis Childs-Young is a Business Support Administrator at Astute People, supporting both the Finance and Business Support teams. Since joining Astute in August 2010 as a Data Administrator, Lewis has developed a broad range of experience across business administration, finance support, data management and process improvement.

Lewis works across finance and business support, combining strong administrative skills with a technical background to help maintain efficient processes across the business. With a BTEC Extended Diploma in IT, he brings technical knowledge spanning cybersecurity, hardware and networking, while also developing his interest in Data Analytics and how data can support better business decisions.

Lewis joined Astute in 2010 as a Data Administrator and has continued to develop his skills and responsibilities throughout his career with the company. His hybrid role now combines finance administration, business support and process improvement, reflecting his ability to adapt to new challenges and contribute across different areas of the business.

Known for his meticulous attention to detail and perfectionist approach, Lewis consistently looks for ways to refine processes and improve team efficiency. He is valued for his tenacity, organisation and ability to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard.
