Matt joined Astute in February 2007 as a Trainee Consultant and has since progressed through Consultant, Senior Consultant and Team Leader roles, primarily within the Power sector. He now sets the vision, aligns objectives and coordinates teams across Power Generation, Renewables and Nuclear, ensuring consistent delivery and long-term growth.

Matt’s experience across recruitment delivery and leadership gives him a detailed understanding of the challenges organisations face when sourcing specialist technical talent.
