Matt joined Astute People in May 2024, bringing over 20 years of financial expertise, including experience as Finance Director at a leading tool hire company and nearly 16 years at an LLP, where he progressed to Client Manager. His experience spans accounting, auditing, corporate tax and operational leadership, including leading a private equity-backed management buyout and serving as Interim Chief Operations Officer.

At Astute, Matt develops and implements financial strategies that support continued growth across the Power Generation, Nuclear and Renewables sectors. He combines analytical insight with strategic planning to help ensure the business remains financially robust while continuing to expand its specialist recruitment services.
