Sam Bradshaw is the Head of People at Astute People, bringing over a decade of expertise in Human Resources, Organisational Development and Leadership Strategy. Since joining Astute in 2017, Sam has led initiatives that drive talent development, internal recruitment, HR strategy and corporate social responsibility, helping create an inclusive, supportive and wellbeing-focused workplace environment.

Sam oversees all aspects of people management at Astute, including leadership development, internal recruitment, employee engagement and learning initiatives. She implements bespoke training programmes, champions wellbeing and mental health support, and ensures that professional development is embedded across the organisation. “Growing my incredible team and watching them flourish in their new roles has been one of the most rewarding parts of my job.”

Work Approach
Sam combines academic excellence, with a CIPD Level 7 PgDip in HR Development and Talent Management and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development, with hands-on experience across recruitment, talent acquisition and HR. She values resilience, collaboration and continuous learning, fostering a supportive environment for both her team and the wider business. “The people!
