Sarah Ellis is Astute People’s Operations Director, having been with the company since September 2007. Progressing from Recruitment Consultant to HR Manager and now Operations Director, Sarah oversees operational excellence across the business, including ISO certification, compliance, supplier management, banking relationships and contractual review. Her deep institutional knowledge makes her a key figure in maintaining the standards, processes and relationships that support Astute’s continued growth.

Personal Interests

An explorer at heart, Sarah studied Travel and Tourism, which took her to the Greek islands and led to meeting her husband. She keeps active with marathons, the Three Peaks Challenge and plans for the Inca Trail in Machu Picchu. Weekends are spent with her family, supporting her children’s activities and enjoying social dining with friends.
