Astute has been shortlisted for two categories at the 25th National Online Recruitment Awards (NORA), Best Small Recruitment Agency and Best SME Employer.
The ceremony takes place on Thursday 13 November 2025.

Being named a finalist across two categories shows the strength of Astute’s online candidate journey, the quality of our content and the consistency of our service to clients and candidates in Power, Renewables and Nuclear.

- Best Small Recruitment Agency: acknowledging agencies with up to around 100 staff that deliver standout online recruitment experiences.
- Best SME Employer: recognising employers, up to 500 people, that attract and hire effectively through strong digital touchpoints and a clear employer brand.

This is the second year in a row Astute has been shortlisted at the NORAs.
