Measured using the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale:
- Vigour – employees’ extra effort
- Dedication – pride and enthusiasm in work
- Absorption – immersion in work
3. Health and Wellbeing
- Work Demands – feeling overworked
- Job Boredom – tiredness of role
- Low Energy Levels – loss of energy due to workplace factors
- Job Satisfaction – overall satisfaction
- Burnout – overall indicator combining all above
4. Employee Net Promoter Score
A rating from 0–10 of how likely employees are to recommend working at the organisation, calculated as the proportion of Promoters to Detractors.
