Account Manager

Office Based (Portsmouth) When we're recruiting for this role, it typically comes with a basic salary of £40,000 p.a. plus bonus, existing key client accounts in the sustainable and renewable energy sector, exceptional progression opportunities, and bespoke training with specialist recruitment trainers.

• Office-based, working hours 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Thursday, with a 3pm finish on Friday.

What the role involves

• Account Management: working with key accounts to recruit staff within agreed deadlines.
• Strategic Sales: working with key account stakeholders to identify all areas of business requirement.
• Candidate Sourcing: using our internal database and job boards to find candidates.
• Candidate Management: overseeing the recruitment process alongside our dedicated delivery team.
• Mentoring Team Members: supporting colleagues with recruitment best practice as part of your own personal development.

What we look for

• Previous experience in the recruitment industry, or a client-facing sales role.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong organisational skills.
• A good communicator with the ability to adapt.
