Construction Project Manager

Astute People Inc. is partnering with Anaerobic Digestion / RNG Owner & Operator to recruit a Construction Project Manager who will have the ability to work Remotely.

The Construction Project Manager role comes with a salary of up to $130,000 plus Benefits and Bonus.

Responsibilities and Duties 
 
Reporting to the Direct Project Management you will: 

• Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to cost, time, quality, and schedule guidelines.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project management from system design to construction.
• Develop, direct, and manage project activities, including defining scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, communication plans, milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all projects comply with building and safety regulations.
• Create and review project schedules, cost estimates, bills of materials, budgets, scopes of work, standards, and supplier quotes.
• Represent the project to external entities, including public authorities and utility companies.
• Work closely with engineering and construction teams, contributing to the development of project standards.
• Monitor project progress against plans, analyze performance, implement changes as needed, and prepare detailed status reports highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Spearhead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment with design standards, regulations, policies, and critical objectives.
• Oversee project closeout, ensuring a seamless handover to operations.
• Set and manage expectations while maintaining personal and professional accountability.

Professional qualifications 
We are looking for someone with the following: 
 

• Over 10 years of demonstrated experience in construction management.
• Expertise in multiple project delivery methods, including EPC, Multi-Prime, and Design-Bid-Build.
• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, regulations, and quality standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project).
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Exceptional time management and project coordination skills.

Personal skills 
 The Construction Project Manager role would suit someone who is: 
 

• Proven leadership capabilities with a strategic, “big picture” perspective.
• Strong ability to identify project challenges early and implement effective corrective actions.
• Experience with construction management software; familiarity with Procore is a plus.
