Maintenance Superintendent - Biomass Power Plants
Astute is partnering with a power plant developer and operator to recruit a Maintenance Superintendent to work across its growing network of power plants in North Carolina.
The Maintenance Superintendent role comes with a salary of $100,000 to $120,000 + benefits.

Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Director of Operations you will:
- Work across a fleet of biomass power plants to ensure they are maintained and operating efficiently.
- Planning outages and capital maintenance projects.
- Performing maintenance and leading engineering projects.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
- A degree in engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience gained with solid fuel power plants.
- The ability to travel across North Carolina to work across three power plants.
