Holidays & your birthday
Start with 25 days of annual leave and earn an additional day each year for your first five, up to 30 days total. Your birthday sits on top — an additional paid day off, separate from annual leave.
Need extra flexibility? Our Holiday Trading Scheme allows team members to purchase up to five additional days of annual leave per year, providing further balance for your personal commitments.
