With more than a decade at Astute, progressing from Recruiter to senior leadership, Kevin now focuses on creating future value, shaping our market approach, and strengthening long-term relationships across the Power Generation, Renewable Energy, and Nuclear industries.
In his role, Kevin aligns business objectives with a clear sales process, working across the company to refine value propositions, set pricing and terms, and develop key account plans that drive revenue and margin. He supports proposals and framework agreements, ensures service levels are met, and uses market intelligence to guide where we invest next, including the evolution of solutions like People Plus and our growth in the UK and the U.S.
